Brandy Weatherspoon has vivid memories of her father, Don Williams, taking her to job sites when she was a little girl. On those trips he taught her the importance of shaking a person’s hand.

Fast forward decades later: Brandy is now the president and owner of the family business, Weatherspoon and Williams LLC, headquartered about 25 miles south of the airport in Houston, Pa. The company has a deep-rooted history in the region and has done lots of work with the Allegheny County Airport Authority, including the Terminal Modernization Program at Pittsburgh International Airport.

Weatherspoon and Williams LLC is our next profile in PIT’s “Built for Pittsburgh by Pittsburgh” video series, highlighting the talented men and women from the region building PIT’s new terminal.
