Snow was the focus for crews at Pittsburgh International Airport on a sunny day in November in Western Pennsylvania.

Field Maintenance and Airport Operations teamed up for their annual Winter Operations Drill. A meeting with the National Weather Service kicked things off, and then crews got into snowplows, deicers and other snow removal equipment for a dry run on the airfield.

“The whole crew does its job. It’s not just the drivers — it’s the operators, the laborers, everyone here contributes,” said Jim McClelland, Field Maintenance Driver.
