Tis the busiest travel season of the year, and all through the country, airports are stirring like crazy.
To celebrate the holidays and make the often-stressful travel process a little easier, airports from Phoenix to Tampa are decorating their terminals with symbols of the season. The Blue Sky staff collected some photos that show just how they’re getting into the holiday spirit.
On November 20, Tampa International Airport shared photos of its decorations writing, “The tree is up, and it’s starting to look like Christmas up in here! GET EXCITED!”
At Evansville Regional Airport in Indiana, local nonprofits are competing in the airport’s second annual tree-decorating contest, the “Festival of Trees.”
Talking about TOP-notch! Have you seen the @honorflightsi @cMoekids @GrantedTriState @evvmuseum toppers adorning the trees throughout the terminal? Vote for these trees & several others, as part of EVV’s 2nd Annual “Festival of Trees” at https://t.co/K4JJbqSiZb pic.twitter.com/ppdp3JbY8s
