Breeze Airways is adding another new route to its growing Pittsburgh network, this time to one of the region’s favorite leisure destinations.
On Tuesday, Breeze announced it will launch nonstop service between PIT and Myrtle Beach International Airport (MYR) beginning July 3 with seasonal flights scheduled to operate twice a week on Mondays and Fridays.
Flights are for sale and can be booked at FlyBreeze.com. To celebrate the new route, Breeze is offering special introductory fares starting at $39 one-way.
“We are excited to now offer Myrtle Beach as a destination for our Pittsburgh Guests,” said David Neeleman, founder and CEO of Breeze Airways. “This new nonstop gives travelers an easy and affordable way to enjoy one of the East Coast’s most popular beach destinations.”
Breeze’s Myrtle Beach and recently announced Louisville service are the latest investment by airlines in Pittsburgh this year. Other new flights set to arrive at PIT in 2026 include United Airlines’ daily nonstop service to Los Angeles starting March 29, Aer Lingus’ new nonstop service to Dublin beginning May 25 and Southwest Airlines’ seasonal nonstop flights to Destin-Fort Walton Beach starting June 7.
Breeze is the fourth carrier to offer nonstop service to Myrtle Beach from PIT, joining Allegiant Air, Southwest and Spirit Airlines, making it one of the airport’s busiest nonstop markets by airline count.

Myrtle Beach is a longstanding popular leisure destination among Pittsburghers, making it an important market that has seen increased service from airlines in recent years. Known for its affordability, particularly for families, Myrtle Beach offers a wide variety of vacation activities including beaches, golf, entertainment and dining. By plane, the Pittsburgh-Myrtle Beach route is approximately an hour long in duration, saving time versus a day of driving.
Breeze’s new service also increases PIT’s strong network to the Carolinas, which includes five different airlines serving five nonstop markets in the region. Including Myrtle Beach, Pittsburgh also has nonstop flights to Charleston, Charlotte, Greenville-Spartanburg and Raleigh-Durham.
The addition of Myrtle Beach to Breeze’s PIT network puts the airline at 15 nonstop destinations served from Pittsburgh, which is now the second most of any carrier at the airport, only behind Southwest with 21. Since entering Pittsburgh nearly five years ago with four destinations initially, Breeze has succeeded at PIT through its point-to-point network model to expand into previously underserved markets with its new fleet of efficient, modern Airbus A220 aircraft.
“We’d like to thank Breeze for their commitment and partnership with Pittsburgh. Breeze now serves 15 destinations from PIT, offering travelers more choices to more places people want to go,” said Bryan Dietz, Senior Vice President, Air Service and Commercial Development at PIT. “Myrtle Beach continues to be a popular destination for Pittsburghers and this flight offers people in our region more nonstop options to get there.”
Service will be operated with 137-seat Airbus A220-300 aircraft. The outbound flight will depart from Pittsburgh at 12:17 p.m. and arrive in Myrtle Beach at 1:51 p.m. The inbound flight will depart from Myrtle Beach at 10 a.m. and land in Pittsburgh at 11:37 a.m.
Myrtle Beach is the second new route Breeze has announced from Pittsburgh in recent weeks. In January, Breeze announced twice weekly seasonal nonstop service between PIT and Louisville, Ky., starting this spring. In its latest schedule update, Breeze will move up the launch of its Louisville service from May 7 to April 30 to coincide with the 152nd Kentucky Derby race on May 2.
