The Pittsburgh region is expecting more than an estimated 700,000 visitors for the NFL Draft next week and many of them will come through Pittsburgh International Airport.

As the Customer Service team ramps up with additional volunteers and staff ready to help visitors at PIT, the airport is celebrating the Customer Service team who make great service unforgettable and deliver excellence for passengers.

Their work has left a lasting impression on many passengers, who have taken the time to send an email or note thanking the Customer Service team. In this video, team members read the thank you message sent by passengers. From finding lost diamonds to reuniting worried children with lost stuffed animals, the Customer Service team shows visitors that at PIT, We Got You.
