Pittsburgh showed up from across the world on Oct. 3 to celebrate the Transformed Pittsburgh International Airport (PIT), which arrives this fall. More than 700 guests who made possible the arrival of Western Pennsylvania’s new gateway gathered to recognize an airport built for Pittsburgh, by Pittsburgh and designed to reflect, connect and serve the region for decades to come.
