Flying into Iceland for the first time you expect a beautiful snow-covered scene, and Mother Nature definitely delivered. The first week of April I traveled with local Instagram influencer Chance Humphrey, who runs @KeepPittsburghDope, and his videographer Jordan Henderson to capture footage of four days in Iceland. What we brought back with us was a newfound love of the country, a lot of puffin merchandise and an excitement to share our adventures with the Steel City.

Our Keep Iceland Dope series (catchy name, right?) will be broken into four different episodes. We’ll be exploring Reykjavik – tasting its food, hiking up glaciers and admiring waterfalls – plus recapping the entire Icelandair flight experience.
